- To process tuition, donations and shop orders, and send receipts.
- To contact parents, students and applicants about lessons, events, auditions, fees and announcements.

3. Children's privacy
Our programmes serve children, and our website is written for parents, guardians, students and teachers. Children's information is provided by a parent or guardian when they register a child, and it is used only to deliver music training and communicate with the family.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child directly for advertising, and we do not sell children's data. Photos and videos of students are published in our gallery or on social media only for school activities, and a parent or guardian may ask us at any time to remove a photo of their child. Community Chat is moderated by our staff.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the school, such as Paystack (payments), hosting and database providers, and messaging services such as WhatsApp.
- Our teachers and branch staff, who see only what they need to teach and manage their students.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
- Advertising partners such as Google, as described below.
5. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies to keep you signed in to portals, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used.
This site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as portal sign-in, may not work without them.
We do not show personalised ads in the parent, student or teacher portals or in Community Chat.
6. Data security and retention
We use access controls, password-protected portals and secure connections (HTTPS) to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please keep your passwords private. We keep student records for as long as a student is enrolled and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, and we delete or anonymise information we no longer need.
7. Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you or your child, correct it, or delete it where we no longer need it. You can also withdraw consent for photos or marketing messages at any time. To do any of this, contact us using the details below.
8. Third-party links
Our site links to services such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed, and significant changes will be announced on the website or in our Community Chat.
