Why does the Teacher Portal need approval, and what will I use it for?

The portal gives access to student and parent information and lets you write reports that parents read, so every teacher is approved by the school first. Inside you can:

  • Attendance — record who attended each lesson.
  • Progress reports — write termly reports; once the school approves them, parents see them in the Parent Portal.
  • Timetable & video lessons — manage your lesson slots and teach online.
  • Resources — share sheet music, audio and lesson notes.
  • Messages & announcements — stay in touch with the school office.

Teachers are expected to keep student information confidential and use it only for teaching.
