You hear from us — we will tell you by phone or WhatsApp whether you were approved.
You sign in — once approved, use the email and password you chose here. Nothing else to set up.
Your application status: Awaiting approval you cannot sign in yet · Approved full access · Not approved you will be told, and can contact the office.
Why does the portal need approval, and what will I use it for?
The portal gives access to student and parent information and lets you write reports that parents read, so every teacher is approved by the school first.
Attendance — record who attended each lesson, so parents and the school have an accurate record.
Progress reports — write termly reports; once the school approves them, parents see them in the Parent Portal.
Timetable & video lessons — manage your lesson slots and run online lessons.
Resources — share sheet music, audio and lesson notes with students.
Messages & announcements — stay in touch with the school office.
Teachers are expected to keep student information confidential and use it only for teaching.
